Reservations
It is advisable that you reserve a vehicle for the date you require as we have a first come first serve policy.
The reservation fee is £25.00 which will come off of your hire costs. However, this fee is non refundable should you decide to cancel, change date or the driver does not meet the requirements on the day.
Deposit
There is a £200 deposit needed when you hire from us. This can be paid with either
cash or a valid credit/debit card. We advise that credit/debit deposits usually take

Driving Licence
All UK and EU licences are welcome. (please make sure that your photo card is in date as they do expire.)
Must have held licence for minimum of 3 years (2 years subject to insurance approval-
Please advise us of any points or endorsements on your licence, even if they are out of date.
We may ask you to send us a copy of your licence so we can refer your licence to our insurance company.
If you do not have one of the parts of your licence we can call the DVLA > (See additional Charges)

What you need to bring with you on the day of Hire
Full Driving Licence (Photocard and Paper counterpart)
2 Proofs of address (e.g. Bank statement or utility bill)
If you are moving we will need a proof of address of where you are moving to.
Mileage
Within the price, 100 miles are included; However, if you go over this there is an additional charge of 25p per mile that you have gone over. You can prepay £10.00 for each extra 100 miles that you need. If you know that you will be doing higher mileage, please advise us at the time of reserving your vehicle. Our vehicles are insured within the UK only.
Fuel
All vehicles fuel amount is noted on your hire form before you leave with the vehicle, we ask that you return the vehicle with the same amount when returning the vehicle. If you don’t you may incur additional charges (see additional charges.)
